Welcome — you're in the right place.
If you've landed here, chances are you're somewhere in your 40s or beyond, you're feeling that quiet urgency — a sense that how you live now really matters — and you're tired of wellness advice that feels extreme, expensive, or completely disconnected from real life.
You're in exactly the right place.
"I grew up in Sassari, in the north of Sardinia. Every summer, I'd leave the city and spend weeks with my relatives in Santa Teresa di Gallura — where life moved at a completely different pace. They had gardens and orchards, goats and cows, pigs and chickens. Breakfast meant fresh eggs collected that morning and milk that hadn't travelled further than the barn. Lunch was whatever the garden gave that day.
I didn't know it then, but I was living the Blue Zone. Not as a concept or a wellness trend — just as ordinary life."
I've lived in Amsterdam for over 20 years. I hold a certification in Food & Wellbeing from Stanford University. And I've spent two decades asking myself one question: how do you keep the Blue Zone alive when you're far from home?
This website is my answer.
My Longevita is built around three things:
Food
Sardinian-inspired recipes and nutrition wisdom — seasonal, plant-forward, and genuinely delicious. Not diet culture. Real food, the way my auntie made it.
Longevity
The science and habits behind a long, healthy life — explained simply and honestly. No hype, no supplements to sell. Just what the research and tradition actually say.
Community
Because the Blue Zone secret nobody talks about is connection. I believe we live better together — and I'm building a community of people who feel the same way.
Not sure where to begin? Here are a few good starting points:
The best way to stay connected is through my newsletter. Once a week, I share a recipe, a longevity habit, or a little piece of Sardinian wisdom — straight to your inbox. No spam, ever. Just a warm letter from Amsterdam.
